EY as an organization is committed to supporting and facilitating communities to make the world a better place to live in. But EY does not believe in only ‘giving’ – it believes that every individual can ‘make a difference’. It believes that social responsibility should be woven into the fabric of the organization and be an intrinsic part of the business strategy. That every part of the business and every individual that it comprises of, should create a positive change in the community around him or her.
We travelled across States to document some of the work that EY is doing through its CSR program and were very impressed with the unique approach that they are using to engage the community, both within the organization and outside of it.
