Client : World Bank
Ravaged by regular storms and a tsunami, Mallipattinam, a small fishing harbor in South India was in a dire need of an upgrade. Fishing facilities were so decrepit to the point of affecting the quality of the fish sold here. A rehabilitation project has helped bring down the spoilage and wastage of fish, making it eco-friendly and much cleaner. The new harbor facilities are now on par with international high quality and helped expand the local fishing industry.
The World Bank commissioned a series of 9 films to us for showcasing the varied kind of work that they have been doing across India.
